Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

 

• “We”, “Our”, “Us” refers to Beyond Wholesale.
   

• “You”, “Your” refers to the customer or business engaging our warehouse storage services.
   

• “Goods” refers to any items stored by you at our facility.
   

• “Storage Agreement” refers to the agreement between you and Beyond Wholesale for warehouse storage services.
   

 

2. Storage Services Provided

We provide third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse storage solutions, including:

• Short- and long-term pallet storage
   

• Large-volume and bulk storage
   

• 3PL access for pick-up and delivery
   

• Basic handling and movement within the facility
   

 

3. Access to Facility

• Access to the warehouse is permitted only during operating hours (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–6:00pm) or by prior arrangement.
   

• A dedicated 3PL access point is available for approved carriers or representatives.
   

• All visitors must comply with site safety procedures and sign in upon entry.
   

 

4. Fees and Payment

• Storage fees are charged based on space required and duration of storage.
   

• Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

• Late payments may incur a 2% per month interest fee.
   

• Failure to pay may result in restricted access to goods or termination of services.
   

 

5. Insurance and Risk

• You are responsible for insuring your goods while stored at our facility.
   

• Beyond Wholesale will take all reasonable precautions but accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage unless caused by proven gross negligence.
   

 

6. Condition and Handling of Goods

• Goods must be packaged securely and labelled clearly for identification.
   

• We reserve the right to refuse storage of goods that are:
   

  • Perishable
     

  • Hazardous or flammable
     

  • Illegal or restricted
     

  • Infested, damaged, or leaking
     

 

7. Liability and Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify Beyond Wholesale against any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
   

  • Inaccurate or misleading information about the goods
     

  • Damage caused to property or personnel by your goods or representatives
     

  • Breach of any terms herein
     

 

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the storage agreement with 30 days written notice.
   

• Upon termination, all goods must be collected, and any outstanding fees paid in full.
   

• If goods remain uncollected 30 days after termination, we reserve the right to dispose of them at your cost.
   

 

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to meet our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, industrial action, power outages, or government restrictions.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.

 

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms with 30 days’ written notice.

 

12. Acceptance

By storing goods at our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
